A surfeit of vegetables can be frozen and good for Asia or even created from soup cans to be used. Is X-times better than TK-China vegetables.

600 grams of vegetables, mixed, e.g. Onions, peppers, mushrooms, leeks, carrots, cabbages
400 g of meat, such as Chicken, turkey, pork, beef
n. B. prawn (s), raw, peeled, entdarmt
5 tbs oyster sauce, n. B. more
Sesame oil, dark
Salt and pepper
Garlic, finely chopped
Chili peppers (s), finely chopped
1 Orange (s), juice them, (for poultry)
1 tsp edible starch (for poultry)
Oil, to fry
To Decorate:
Spring onion (s), finely chopped
Sesame, bright

This is a basic recipe, so at their own taste to vary and perfectly suited for crossover cuisine, nothing speaks against it, then also use bacon. A combination of the seasoning yet to my basic recipe for Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese pans is also possible.
I always fry the meat until just before Garpunkt sharply, and then place it aside (not hot).
Then fry the vegetables, also at the greatest heat. Mushrooms should be nice crispy brown, while peppers make a few black spots nothing, cabbage and carrots can also calm color.

The oyster sauce does not taste of fish and not clams, but totally delicious. From it arises the sauce on it while eating in the Korean restaurant always did so great. Dark sesame oil is a Würzöl. It will only add to the final and does not serve the fry!
