This is not the easiest dish to enjoy, but I could not help but to make this recipe, one of the dishes the most popular and traditional.
This recipe is done with frozen Renkon, but the recipe is more traditional with GOBO (salsify). You can also add KON'NYAKU.

5 or 6 slices of Renkon
