Indian Lentils recipe


Indian Lentils is a Spicy lentils with aroma and flavor from the east

Ingredients for indian Lentils
500g lentils purified
1 red onion
5-6 spring onions
4-5 tomatoes
1 whole celery
1 fresh coriander
1 cube vegetable
4-5k.g. curry
2k.g. black pepper
1-2k.g paprika
half cup olive oil

Directions to cook this indian recipe.

Put lentils in a large pot with plenty of cold water to a boil. Also putting a smaller pot of water to boil.
Meanwhile, clean, wash and mince the red onion and celery and put in a pot with half olive oil to fennel (if you want more light meal, leave raw)
After you cook the lentils for 15 minutes, add water and add from what we have cooked so as to cover completely.
Add in the lentils celery with the onion, cube the vegetables, the remaining olive oil and spices (caution, not salt).
Wash and mince the onions and tomatoes.
Add the onions and cook stirring frequently to prevent sticking our lentils until they soften. If too dry add a little boiling water.
After softening the lentils, add the tomatoes, salt is added as needed (about 2k.s.) and bake for 10 more minutes.
Download lentils from the heat and add the coriander after the minus sign and the cut.
