Enchilada with turkey recipe

Enchilada with turkey Ingredients
700 grams turkey breast chopped or minced
cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon grated garlic soup
2 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano + 1 tablespoon of dry soup
teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon olive oil
800 ml of red enchilada sauce
12 tortillas from corn
2 cups yellow cheese with low fat
cup chopped fresh coriander

Finish with a layer of tortillas, sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with coriander and serve hot as is.
