Creme-Brulee with raspberries and honey Ingredients
2 cups milk 2% fat
¾ cup of milk with 0% fat
2 tablespoon honey
24 pieces of berries
From the basic materials

5 large egg yolks
1 / 3 spoon of fresh salt
2 tablespoon sugar + 3 tablespoon sugar

Preheated oven at 160 degrees. In a pan mix the milk with 2% fat milk with 0% fat, 2 tablespoon sugar and honey.
