Cake with ham and eggs recipe


It is a traditional English recipe for breakfast or brunch Christmas. A magnificent cake in appearance and taste. It is easy, fast and with few ingredients.

Cake with ham and eggs Ingredients
1 package Puff Pastry sheet
225 gr. ham cut into pieces
8 large eggs
K.s 3 spring onions cut into pieces
2 k.s grated Parmesan
K.g salt ½ / ¼ k.g pepper

For the coating of the cake

1 k.s milk
1 large egg
¼ cup grated Parmesan

Directions with ham and eggs Ingredients

Preheated oven at 200 degrees and place rack in the middle of the oven. Prepare a 23 cm diameter pan
Butter and sprinkle the surface with flour.
