Classic English cake with jam to fish your meal

Cake Victoria Ingredients
FOR Cake

200gr. sugar
200gr. butter, malakomeno
4 eggs (medium size), beaten
200gr. flour swelling alone
1 k.g. bekin powder
2 k.s. milk
For the filling

100gr. butter, malakomeno
140gr. icing sugar, sieved
2 vanilla
340gr. good-quality strawberry jam (a jar or homemade)
Icing sugar for powdering

Preheated oven at 190 degrees or 170 for an oven with air.
2 Voutyroste round forms (20cm each) and cover the paper with non furnace.
In a large bowl hit all the ingredients of cake together, so to have a smooth, soft porridge.
Divide mixture in two forms, Flatten the surface with a wet spoon or spatula and roaster for about 20 minutes until the pastry rodisei.
When out of the oven, let them stand in the forms for 5 minutes before the take. Then place them on a rack and let cool completely.
To prepare the filling, hit the butter well until whitening, and gradually add the sugar and icing. At the end add the vanilla and continue the strike for a while yet.

Stroste carefully over the jam and then place the other cake on top, so it shows as a large sandwich. Finish with a little icing sugar.
